Lakisha was one of the reasons I chose this facility! She was taking care of a client before me and was very attentive to their needs even her conversation was encouraging. She multi task well and made everyone feel important for their time of waiting, by continuously apologizing. She thoroughly took us through what the process was and walked us out to our unit. She was very polite, fast, and sufficient. I would suggest this nice area to others. Thank you again.

My experience with Julie early on a Saturday morning was great. She was very friendly and proficient. Despite the issues with system moving slow or not responding she remained calm and managed to make my son and I feel at ease. Julie's customer service was awesome. Kudos to Julie.
