The CSR Amber was extremely helpful with my emergency of losing my keys and needing to access my unit due to all of my children's Christmas gifts being inside the day before Christmas eve. She was able to rescue me and possibly saved Christmas for our family. Thank you so much.
Place was clean. People were always friendly. I moved my stuff out ahead of time without notice and they called me the following morning concerned and gave me a rebate on the time not used. Awesome service. The carts they have to move stuff in and out of the building were a game changer too.
Very clean, staff is excellent. Only problem, they raised the rate over $100s about 5 months after getting the unit. Couldn't do anything about it because I could move it.
