Had to get a second unit last minute, turned out we had way more stuff than originally planned. Donnie helped us get another unit in no time at all even with almost all the units being full. He was very kind and professional the whole time. The units are very nice and clean, and all the staff are exceptional. Highly recommend iStorage on Chiquita.
I have had a storage unit at iStorage for more years then I care to admit. The customer service that I recently received from Tammy/manager was every bit of excellent! She listened to my billing problem in a friendly and professional manner and corrected the problem immediately!
