The extra space storage in Matthews customer service is quite exceptional.I have I’ve always had positive feedback at that location .in person as well as over the phone..There is one employee in particular I can’t recall her the name of the top of my head .I Think her name is Vida .I just know that every time I had any questions regarding my unit She is always very accommodating .Highly recommend that particular location If you’re looking for a safe and secure facility to store your personal belonging.

Magnificent experience this afternoon with Veda! Helped me get all set up with everything I need, and even helped me create my own access code. She's incredibly patient, and just all around awesome.

I think this is the best storage facility. I been using your storage company for several years. Ms. Vida is an excellent employee. She is very helpful and knowledgeable.
