John S. was the most amazing professional and caring person I’ve interacted with in a long time. He helped me navigate clearing out my unit during a time sensitive & stressful move across state. He even brought me water & checked in multiple times while I was working on getting everything completed. It’s not common to run into a true Good Samaritan who really lives by the golden rule & he is a true angel in disguise! I recommend this storage facility & even more recommend John S. & the team there.

McKenzie was most professional and helpful. I cannot say how much this experience was based solely on his kind and professional demeanor. I was very fortunate to have been helped by this young man. He was patient and knows his job as this was my first encounter at this facility. Due to his positivity I am sure to do more business here.

John S is great. If you use this company, make sure to deal with John. When I had two trailers stolen from storage, John helped as much as he could. He's the only reason I still use public storage.
