Public Storage Mesa

I just moved from California to Arizona and I am so grateful I found this Public Storage location. Firstly, Anthony (the GM) was amazing at not only returning my phone calls quickly, but he was so patient and kind and flexible. His attitude was initially why I wanted to go with this facility. Then when I arrived, Breanna at the front desk gave me the best customer service I have literally ever received. She was amazing and made the entire process so seamless, I really saw how much she cares about what she does! If you are looking for a great facility with incredible customer service, you cannot beat this location.

The woman that took care of me in the office was extremely helpful, courteous, friendly , knowledgeable and made the whole rental experience easy and quick explaining everything in detail . Due to her performance of her job resulted in the 5 star rating I gave . I would highly recommend anyone looking for a storage facility to look them up.

Anthony is great at what he does! He has the best attitude and makes you feel like you are making the best decision with trusting him and public storage! If you want to be respected and taken care of ask for him.
