Very good Service from Manager Orlando and Assistant Likeke, went smoothly as expected in our extra new storage unit. Hard workers and good at communication and very understandable. Very friendly and great place to go to for good storage.
Amazing customer service from Likeeke as well Orlando at the umi location. At the kakaako location the nice woman at the desk who's name is cookie is also very helpful and patient. Thankful for the company and how they helped me quickly and effectively.
Great experience with Mr. Orlando at this Umi storquest. Very nice person. Recommend this storage as it is clean and cold.
