The Stor-House Self Storage

I've used several different storage facilities in the past, but I've never had such a truly first-class customer service experience as I did here at Stor-House. They have a free move-in truck policy, but, since I was arriving with a trailer full of stuff, Will suggested we just mark on the contract that I would instead get the free truck to move out, which they honored, and was a godsend. Will was extremely helpful, but everyone, from the manager, to the owner, was responsive and helpful when an issue came up. The spaces themselves are clean and free even of dust, there are adequate carts, an excellent loading dock, a wide and modern elevator, good lighting, and good security. And, for all that, the prices were reasonable. The best.

The Stor-House in Bellevue is the absolute best! Kim, Steven and Ajit are all awesome! The facilities are so well kept, the pricing is better than reasonable. The money I spend for my commercial warehouse space each month is the best value and can't imagine what I would do without the Stor-House. I would recommend them a thousand times over again!

Store House in Bellevue is the best. We’ve been with them for almost ten years and they always go above and beyond. Ajit and everyone at the office are kind and helpful. It’s always clean and fresh feeling.
