2026 Update: Steven Attwood is the Chef de Cuisine, and Rudy Martinez is the Head Sushi Chef of the restaurant. Uchiko Austin has a half-private dining room for up to 12 guests and a full private dining room for up to 24 guests. Both rooms include a set menu, chef-guided experiences, sake tastings, and cooking classes like maki making. They also have a TV with HDMI access, Wi-Fi, and complimentary valet. The Hama Chili is a long-standing Uchi dish on their menu for over 20 years, served as a crudo with fish, orange, and ponzu, and can be eaten as individual bites or mixed in a bowl with ponzu."
