We had a great time for our first time eating there. The food is excellent was super shocked how big the tofu is in the miso soup. We did want to try the omakase but chose to just try some different stuff to get a feel for what this place was. We did try some different stuff that I wouldn't typically eat and it was all delicious. Lots of different flavors come together.

First time here. Great atmosphere, great service, great saki selection and great food. Fresh sushi. There is a reason why this place has been around and still busy all the time. Took months to get in. Definitely recommend trying this place.

Best sushi in cleveland. Very fresh. Well prepared and seasoned. Try the tasting menu it was an excellent experience.

GOMA REVIEWS

All around, goma was a splendid experience. The waitress had an impressive quantity of knowledge that she passed along to us. Fresh daily specials that tasted as delicious as she described. The atmosphere was lively, modern, upscale, and welcoming. We got the shrimp tempura roll which was beautifully presented. All of our rolls were refreshingly delicious. additionally, our libations hit the spot. The lychee martini, in a respectful manner, made me want to bust a move. Papa’s extra dirty wasabi nasty martini was an expressive twist on a classic.

Absolutely amazing sushi spot in Cleveland!!! To say I was shocked is an understatement. Right up there with some of the best I've ever had anywhere in the world, and that includes in Japan and Brazil. Ask the sushi chefs what Unicream is when you visit. You're welcome. Sit at the bar for the best experience and vibe. Chef Lee is a true master of his craft. Order the Goma Nigiri and let him create a masterpiece for you. I'll definitely be back.

The staff was super friendly and we had a great time at the bar. Had the tasting menu and would definitely recommend it. Each dish was unique and was honestly more food than we expected, so save room for the end! The sushi chef was great and we enjoyed every dish. Overall a nice experience and would definitely do again!

SUSHI EN DOWNTOWN REVIEWS

We came here tonight for some sushi and sake. Both were absolutely delicious and so savory. The salmon basically melted and the sauce on the Eel was just perfect, the rice was cooked wonderful and it had the perfect amount of vinager for the sushi. I would fully recommend absolutely anything here including the Spicy Tuna roll. The roll had fresh everything and was so delicious.

We had Sober Monkey and Hurricane sushi. They were both fabulous. Hurricane left a nice burn. Sober Monkey was amazing and is my new favorite sushi. Our waitress was fantastic and very nice.

What an amazing experience! Could not have asked for a better waiter! Sean you were absolutely amazing! The food was fabulous and the atmosphere is great! Highly recommend to anyone.
