THAI FLAVORS REVIEWS
Food and service were really good. I highly recommend their Thai fare. The Japanese cuisine was okay. Maybe a little overdressed with the sauces unless you get the sushi but still decent. The Tom Ga Gai, Papaya Salad, and Mango with Sweet Sticky Rice is the best I've had in Des Moines. Go for the Thai!
I love Thai Flavors! I’ve never dined in but for many years I’ve ordered delivery. Sometimes their delivery service is slow but it’s understandable. I’ve always ordered sushi at this place and I never get tired of it (so yummy). Today, I ordered the Pad Thai, Yum Woo Sen, Fried Rice (Thai Style), and the kid’s Egg Noodle. Everything is sooo good! I recommend this place 100%.
Always a great place to eat with friends. Great environment with good service. Excellent sushi bar and lots of menu options including vegetarian. Be sure to ask. Cash and cards accepted here. Huge parking lot and handicap accessible.

EAT THAI, THAI EATERY REVIEWS
We accidentally stumbled upon this restaurant and it was such a happy accident! Not only was our food delicious but the food came out fast and our server was so nice and attentive! She gave recs and refilled our waters consistently. I recommend this place for good Thai food.
I've tried a LOT of Thai around town, and this place is my go-to. Their chicken pad Thai is delicious - not too sweet, really good, tender chicken. Their service is incredible - the server that's there the most is so polite and attentive, and does a fantastic job even when they're slammed.
Best Thai is DSM. Small family run business with high quality food. Best Panang Curry I've had since Ban Thai closed years ago. Staff is kind and warm. This place can be busy, and they run with a very small staff, owner is the server and she is such a delight.

AROY-DEE RESTAURANT REVIEWS
Wow! So glad we took a leap of faith and tried this place. The pho was amazing and the serving sizes were filling and then some. We ordered our pho to go so they sent the broth separate from the noodles, veggies and any ordered meat/seafood. A couple packets of hoisin, red pepper and soy sauce were included as well as a lime wedge. It reminded me of hotpots and I enjoyed the complexity of flavor more after letting it sit for a few minutes. Plus, the broth was scalding hot so it needed a minute to cool. My daughter tried the chef special catfish and loved it. Pad Thai was also very good.
This was our first time visiting Aroy-Dee Restaurant which has been on our list of places to eat ever since we moved to Des Moines last year. It was worth the wait. It's a small family owned restaurant that features Vietnamese, Thai and Chinese dishes. The dining area is small and clean and the server Kam was very attentive and friendly. The food was prepared quickly and was extremely fresh, beautiful and delicious. We started our meal with fresh shrimp spring rolls and followed it with a dish called Ladna Shrimp which is a Thai wide noodle dish. The menu has something for everyone. The prices are very reasonable and serving portions are generous. We will be returning here again and recommend that you give them a visit yourself!
This is a great gem for Asian in Des Moines. The food is very tasty. The staples are great like their Pho, Pad Thai, and Thai Fried Rice. Their service is helpful and attentive. I will definitely be trying other dishes I have seen other patrons enjoying.
