Sunshine City Counseling

I’ve been coming to Sunshine City Counseling for years and I am so beyond thankful for finding it! I love my counselor Chelsy, she has truly changed my life. She has really been there for me! I look forward to our sessions and always feel so great after leaving, even when we discuss difficult things. It’s like a weight has been lifted. I love the office as well; it is clean and so calming. I’ve always felt so comfortable and relaxed while being there. They offer snacks, water and Kombucha in the waiting room. And also they accept insurance, making the sessions very affordable. Highly recommended if you are contemplating receiving counseling/therapy.

I've been working with Chelsy for about 8 months now and have seen such growth in myself in that amount of time. She has given me the tools and insight to navigate challenging emotions as well as challenges with self-talk, self-compassion, and body image.
