As a local business owner myself of 1man1vanlogistics. I highly recommend Chanceys wrecker svc. if you're ever in an accident. I total lost my work van last Monday night. In the past, I've had bad experiences with many of these other wrecker svcs here in Augusta. But at Chanceys my vehicle was locked in a secure site until I was able to recoup every single piece of my work equipment that was in my UNLOCKED van. Chancey's service is exceptional. They were dispatched through my AAA service contract. While I had an endless sea of poor service issues with AAA. Chancey's follow through, professionalism, and courteous, thoughtful engagement was the only thing that kept me from losing my mind with AAA. The driver (Parks) that was dispatched to provide a jump service was so professional and friendly. Truly great experience all around with Chancey's.

Absolutely the BEST!!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! My husband and I had a flat tire on our CTS. We called State Farm to request a tow and their ETA was 90-120 minutes We called other towing companies prior to calling Watkins Towing and was told the ETA was 3-4 hours. Watkins Towing told us they could be there in 15-20 minutes. He arrived in the time frame specified. Although we wasn’t allow to ride in the tow truck, our ride arrived right after he pulled in front of our car. He was professional, courteous, friendly, and had a great sense of humor. In our case, time was a major factor since it was shortly after 4pm. Mavis Tire was the nearest tire shop on Washington Rd and they were closing at 5pm. My husband called John at Mavis Tire & they agreed to wait until 5:30 to be sure they could help assist us! Needless to say, we made it there before 5 and the guys stayed over a little to get our new tire put on! THANKS SO MUCH WATKINS TOWING & MAVIS! GOD BLESS EACH OF YOU!

Watkins towing is by far the best in the CSRA I have dealt with a lot of the "big name" companies in our area and no one comes close when it comes to customer service. Best rates in the city. I called Watkins towing on a Saturday afternoon and explained that my in-laws broke down almost 3 hrs away and he sent a driver right away and made sure they made it home safely. I am forever grateful to have this company to call on when I'm in a bind.
