Our sales rep Steve was the best of both worlds! Super nice and professional guy yet much like family! Hands down, 10 out of 10!! Steve shared samples upon request and touched on the quality and durability of all products! Even with our interest in a staying with in budget he provided the best quality combinations for the desired look. It was a pleasure inviting Steven into our home for the SIHI-Augusta demo. Southern Industries Home Improvement has such beautiful and quality products. Steve was very hands on and his demo confirmed how knowledgeable he was with all products, integrity of service and warranties, and financing options. I woman to recommend SIHI to my friends & family whether they have new home improvement needs or not.

I was extremely impressed by the quality and affordable price of the their windows. Mr. Adrian Torres was very knowledgeable about the design of their windows and demonstrated, how I will ultimately benefit y lowering my power bill, while gaining proper insulation. I’m very excited about my decision to have all of my home projects, completed by Southern industries. I appreciate the representative professionalism and patience throughout the entire presentation. I will not hesitate to refer Mr. Adrian Torres, to my family members, friends and colleagues.

Keith and his crew did an outstanding job with my install. I had two windows replaced. They kept the work area tidy and answered any questions that I had. I would definitely recommend them for your window needs! They were prompt and it was an overall wonderful experience throught out the whole process.

I would just like to start off with KINDNESS goes along way! We may find it difficult in this day and time to find professionalism, patience and kindness. However, this particular company speaks volume on kindness as well as professionalism and patience. I would be amiss not to list the names of the individuals that brought me to this review not by asking me but by my personal interactions with them on several different occasions. And they are: KeKe the first person I had spoken to whose demeanor had never changed always upbeat and professional. Mike, cool guy might I add, though the work had been difficult each time he never wavered from his professionalism, patience and kindness during our interactions. Cole, very quiet young man but one that I never seen complained or had a lazy demeanor while working with Mike and that speaks volume for the younger generation. You three are the epitome for Barrett Windows and Doors. Keep that energy and don't let no one steal that THUNDER! Just know it hadn't gone unnoticed.

Wonderful staff the two good looking workers in the door shop are the hardest working most polite gentleman I've ever experienced. The owner Robby goes above and beyond to meet all your door and window needs I highly recommend this company.

The staff was very knowledgeable. They even loaded my purchase into my car for me. I highly recommend them if you need door inserts or any other glass products.

I have used Posey Home Improvements for 2 projects now. First, the roof, which the crew did an excellent job! Just this past week the siding was completely done. As you can see from the pictures, it looks like a brand new house! Allen and his crew, which I love the fact that they are family, did a FANTASTIC job!! I am so pleased with the quality of the products installed, and the professional manner that they conducted themselves.If they can do this to mine, just imagine what they can do for you.

We have had both siding and windows installed with Crew Chief Allen Williams. He and his crew have provided excellent service. In addition to outstanding work, they were punctual, well-mannered, and cleaned up neatly after the job. No customer could expect better service.

Could not be more pleased with the whole process from Posey. Their install crew was stellar. Thanks to Allen and Devin for there great work and positive attitude. Highly recommend Posey Home Improvement
