I will start by saying i highly recommend this hotel! I stayed here for joefest 2025. My first time at either. Had a blast. No one was at the tiny outside pool, wife went to small indoor pool and was only 1 there. Breakfast there was good. We had probably about 30min wait for table but this was during a convention so id say thats normal. Room was clean, all staff very friendly, sincerily hope they continue to host joefest there! Only complaints would be a possible lack of luggage carts, [wife lots and again this during a con], not enough parking spots. Once we found way down to p1 lower parking lot we were afraid to move car and lose our spot in lue of going to grab foods. P1 has some Low clearance!!! The shower was never hot, a good lukewarm id say at best. Was not familar with area to go grab food and im a picky eater so limited on that. Do not recomend beamies beside hotel, flounder was way under cooked, fried way to high n fast. My cons are very minor to me except for the parking, that i would verify with hotel next time; however, there are 2 parking garages 1 across street and other bout block away. It is also right at the riverwalk and art museum.

This Marriott is on the River Front. Great location for Riverwalk, downtown points of interest. Staff is super nice. Ample parking, although no big conferences were going on (this is a convention hotel) during my visit. In door and small outdoor pool. Small C lounge with minimal offerings but still pretty good.

I stayed at this location for a teacher’s conference because the conference was in the hotel. I was in a suite in the part of the hotel blocked off for the conference.

DOUBLETREE BY HILTON HOTEL AUGUSTA REVIEWS

I really overall enjoyed my stay here 3months. Natalia, Megan, Samuel and the other guy at night really have went beyond to make my stay pleasant. I give them 10 stars. The overall building need some upgrades. The lobby is beautiful as you walk in. I wanna also thank the GM Alonso he ,made sure anything I needed during the day I got it. I would definitely would come back.

My stay was superb. Water and cookies upon arrival. The room was clean, and the view was nice(backside parking lot). No fridge or microwave. Also it was on the expensive side during my time of stay.

There were two people who made my stay absolutely exceptional.

Everyone was very helpful in getting me my room. The room was very clean and smelled great. Everything was tidy and as it should be. Shannon was great in making sure I got food when door dash completely messed up my late night order. She kindly made me a pizza even past the time usually available so I wouldn’t be hungry as it was too late to get anything else. I greatly appreciate her. Whitney was also wearing the cutest pair of glasses and I asked her where she got them and she was most forthcoming with the information even making sure I got the right website. She was also a bright light in my evening Willing to be of help in anything I asked or needed for my room. Everyone that I met here was so welcoming and I would recommend it to anyone.

I was at the Hyatt to teach a class. We had a mix up with our rooms and it was taken care of so quickly and professionally. Our teaching room was set up perfectly to our specifications. We had a TV and projector to use. The front desk staff was so friendly and wonderful!! Also had a few interactions with the other staff and housekeeping and everyone there was just so friendly and amazing! Thank you all for being so wonderful! You are appreciated.

Location is extremely convenient to the Doctor's Hospital. Rooms are clean. Service is FANTASTIC. We came up on 1/9 for minor surgery. We checked out on 1/10, went to the doctor's office for follow up and realized we were not going to be able to drive the 90 miles back home because of the ice. Went back to the hotel around 11 am and it was not a problem to immediately get our same room back. There is simply not enough praise I can heap upon the *entire* staff including environmental services and kitchen staff. Their customer service is top notch.
