RESIDENCE AT RIVERWATCH APARTMENTS REVIEWS

I've been here for 5 months. Manager Tracy is mostly impatient and sounds rude. Herd, she is moving to sister apartments. She is the least suitable candidate for customer service with that attitude. Katai is super nice. Hopefully, the new manager will be in katai standards. Mostly great apartments. Likes the view, pool, amenities, park, etc. They need more cleaning in walking spaces inside the building and the steps. Some equipment is broken in the game room. Would be nice if the pool has blue lights on in the night for a good view. They have lift service which is good. Less parking available for building 100.

I've never liked living in apartments. However, because we are not able to qualify to purchase a home for the moment, we settled for renting an apartment. It has been a wonderful experience living here. I wouldn't live anywhere else when it comes to living in an apartment. The office staff is great; the maintenance staff is great; the environment is great; our neighbors are great; the location is great. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone.

I've lived here for a couple of months now, and this place has been fantastic. The location is great, the grounds are beautifully maintained, and while I've never met the maintenance crew, they are ON POINT. I've put in a couple of requests, and they've fixed them incredibly fast both times. Props to you all! I'm also very appreciative of how well insulated the apartments seem to be for noise, too.

Good afternoon I just wanted to take the time to say how much I appreciate the maintenance guys on site who always respond to any small or big problems that arise without hesitation and that means a lot being supportive to tenants when there are so many other things or problems that might occur during the time I ask for assistance. Again, I am very appreciative of the response time I always receive. Thank you, Also today I smelled something burning while the heater was on and I called the tall, slim maintenance guy to come and check out the smell he did not brush me off, but got his tools, removed the cover from the furnace located what he said almost became a problem with the wire end, and replaced it with no problem and I could not thank him enough for his immediate service.

This place is awesome. The office staff is courteous, knowledgeable and go above and beyond. The maintenance staff has been prompt and very knowledgeable. I personally love the monthly neighborhood gatherings. It's been a great experience thus far.

I appreciate how the office is always so responsive to any requests; maintenance is quick as well. I haven't had any problems living here for the past year and experienced no issues moving out or in. Good place to stay for the price.

What an amazing place to live. I can only speak to the Concierge , but the unit was very nice, very clean and modern. The amenities offered here are substantial, and the grounds are well kept. I am very thankful that I was lucky enough to stumble upon Gateway Crossing when I moved to Georgia -- in fact they are now the benchmark for me. An ideal place to live upon arrival to a new location, which I can only hope and pray can be replicated when needed in the future!.

The staff and management here at the Gateway Crossing were very professional and courteous with us coming to do the dryer vent cleaning. It was great experience to work with this great staff and team.

This is by far the best place I have lived. The staff is very friendly, professional, and competent. Their customer service is by far the best. I was in a hurry to move in and they went out of their way to make it possible. All amenities are very clean and they quickly respond to any service requests. Even the service crew is the best, they keep the place looking great and always do it with such a positive attitude. I highly recommend this place!.
