I just picked up my Rolex after having it serviced at Windsor. JT (their watchmaker) did an amazing job! My watch was not running and well worn. Now it runs perfectly and looks good as new! So happy to have found this place. Adam Greyson, Ryan Walsh and Phil in sales helped my husband and I and were extremely nice and professional. We’re very appreciative for the outstanding service. Highly recommended.

Best service ever! Spencer provided excellent care when selecting my fiancé ring and surprise gift. The customer service is truly top tier! I will refer everyone to Windsor and encourage them to request Spencer for the best experience. Thank you.

Customer Service was PERFECT! Miss Robin handle us with care. By us getting married tomorrow she eased the process knowing this was last minute…Her and Miss Daniel was very informative of their product and made choosing a ring for my wife (to be) and myself easy. Great establishment and I would highly recommend everyone I know to shop with them! Thank you ladies.

The staff were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Having just moved, we had to find my account and transfer it. The staff were esp patient while we tried to figure it out. And got me all squared away. And scheduled repair for my beautiful ring set. Great place.

I just recently made a jewelry purchase at HD, and I wanted to say what a pleasure it was working with Tammy Hamilton. Such a sweet, lovely and gracious lady who knows her diamonds well.
