I am pleased to say the driver of this company came to my location in great timing. I was notified when he arrived.My truck was looked at and I was told what was wrong with it. Thanks to the gentleman who spotted the issue. He was kind and patient to talk about Everything. On the way to drop my truck off at the shop, he was a really cool person to carry on a conversation the wholeway there. Again thank you road runner services. I will definitely use your secures again.

John Leggett was not available the late Evening that I called, but offered to pull me out of a major ditch on Fort Bragg, the first thing in the morning if I hadn't had my situation resolved by then. Excellent person - Excellent customer service!

Amazing service! I got there 5 minutes before closing and they still gave me pleasant service! Throughout the service they made sure to educate me on how to get the best retention and upkeep. Definitely 10/10.
