If I could give more than 5 stars I would. The greatest from the office to the field. They estimate fairly and always look for efficiencies to keep the cost down! The are always on-time and on budget and the field team is professional, careful and detail oriented. I've used them at least 5 times in 2023 alone. Pro tip: When they recommend grinding stumps while removing a tree, do it or it WILL come back to haunt you. Take advantage of the efficiencies of doing it at all at one time! You'll thank me later.
This is the greatest tree company in all of Ann Arbor. I have now used them twice (5 years apart) within impeccable results both times. I won't even bother looking at other companies when I need services again. After the massive storms last month, I had a large tree in my front yard become uprooted. While it did not fall, it needed to be removed ASAP. To add to my headache, my next door neighbor was extremely difficult about the situation to say the least. Sara and Nicole responded with empathy and even though my difficult neighbor was not their problem, they got me in a full three weeks ahead of schedule. The actual crew was amazing and professional and worked so hard to get the job done quickly. I can't say enough good things about this place. They are worth every penny and well worth the wait.

Steve came out very quickly. Polite, answered all questions and concerns. And helped neighbors in need for services. And best of all scheduled 2 days later. The crew that came out where very Polite, helpful. Clean up the yard after. Gabby and 2 others then came and treated my poison ivy. Gabby is supposed to come back to check on the poison ivy and get some messed Soon. All and all they made a very bad experience better. It was right after the tornados in last of August. We had a large tree removed and stumped, a large limb over my new vinyl fence and power lines removed. Excellent work! From the cutting crew to the stumping crew, cleaned up I highly recommended this company for their price and quality work.
They did a great job removing the tree and stump. Very nice crew. Some minor issues but PPM was very quick to fix every issue and did a wonderful job! Would highly recommend, very professional.
