The entire experience was amazing. Their office staff was kind and accommodating on the phone and they got an arborist (Robert) out to see us immediately. We talked through our needs and he never pushed us to remove trees that weren't dead. just super knowledgeable and friendly. Their quote was WAY less than what other jokers are charging for tree removal and it was emailed in an itemized budget with pictures. The removal of vines to save a few trees was thrown in free! Their crew leader (Israel) came a couple days later and was super helpful. He spoke with my neighbor and I, then did a bunch of extra work to ensure our yards wouldn't be damaged. His team was incredible to watch in action...like Cirque du Soleil in bright orange shirts. They cut down some very awkward trees crossing into three properties, hauled off the logs, and mulched it like it was nothing. From start to finish I can't imagine a better experience. Don't do like I used to and use sketchy random businesses assuming they'll be cheaper - just start with these folks!! There's a reason they've been around since the 60's. Thanks y'all!

We have had a few different quotes done, and were very impressed with the knowledge provided as well as the detailed PDF quote (with photos) from Northside Tree Professionals that we could review before scheduling. The team did great work and the company as a whole moved quickly, communicated well, and made sure we were happy with services provided before payment was made. Highly recommend for any tree removal, tree cutting, and debris clean up.
