I would recommend Grit Prep Academy to everyone I know. The teachers are very patient and knowledgeable. Grit provided my son with both SAT prep courses and college consulting and couldn’t be happier with the result. Before settling with Grit Prep, my son has taken SAT prep courses at one of the renowned test prep centers in north county, and we were quite disappointed with his test result (and it was much more expansive). We did not want to drive another 45 minutes (1.5hours round trip) and was referred to Grit by one of my friends. After the summer boot camp, he was able to improve his score by 200 and got accepted into UCLA, his dream school. a 27, so I thought I would give it a try as well. My first time studying with her, I got a 26 on a practice test. From there I went to a composite score of 30 on the practice tests and was very pleased. I ended up getting a 29 on the exam day and feel like I could have continued to study at GRIT and raise my score, but I was very pleased with my results. Thank you, GRIT for raising my score.

My daughter struggled with Math and was falling behind despite all of her efforts to seek tutoring before and after school. I took her to Mathanasium and as of today she has an A+ in Math, her last report card was amazing straight A’s, before she had a D in Math, that caused her great stress as she really cares about her GPA.
