This is the third time I have used Roberto’s and I have always been very pleased with their exceptional and efficient work. This time I took my gold wedding band that needed to be enlarged to a bigger size and it was completed in an 1 1/2 hours and polished and perfect, they even polished my engagement ring to match - looks like new! I also took some scrap gold and couldn’t believe how much they gave me for it, I usually just donate it to charity. Definitely a place worth going to and their jewelry selection is just gorgeous.

They have great selection of diamonds (lab grown and natural), and great prices too! Highly recommend this jewelry shop! 5/5 stars.

Just consistent superb service! Every time I get a watch I have to bring it here for resizing, and Roberto and his staff take care of it every time quickly and at a great price. Also does great watch repair as well. If it's not worth fixing he will tell you for free! Some places charge to explain its beyond repair. Definitely recommend.

Very honest place to bring your jewelry and watch to be fixed . They were unable to fix my husband’s Seiko watch without charging us for troubleshooting the problem.This store graciously provided us the process how to send it to Seiko company to get it fix. Highly recommended.

Mike helped make adjustments to a bracelet chain. He went above and beyond to make sure it fit perfectly. He even cheerfully cleaned some of my other jewelry. He and his wife were so personable and kind. My customized bracelet was ready the next day and perfect! Best service I could've hope for. 5 Stars.

They go above and beyond! Excellent customer service. You are greeted the very first moment you step in the store. Took my watches for battery replacement and I was in and out the store in about 5 min. Fast and reliable service.

Christine was great! I went in to sell jewelry and ended up buying as well. She was helpful and professional, but not pushy. She took time to listen to what I wanted and worked hard to find it. The entire staff was friendly and helpful. This place is clean and has a comfortable atmosphere. I will shop here again.

My husband and I came here and got our engagement ring. Kurt has been so amazing and helped us figure out exactly what I needed for him and his team to create the ring of my dreams. He helped us find a few other pieces and he never lets us down! He goes above and beyond to make sure we are happy and has been very honest and upfront always and made the whole experience a very pleasant and unforgettable memory.

This is definitely my go to jewelry store. I’ve been here several times and I always score a deal wether I’m buying or selling jewelry. During my last experience Christine helped me find exactly what I was looking for at a very reasonable price. She was very polite and knowledgeable. My trusted jewelers...I won’t go anywhere else.
