Great, friendly, and timely service! I have lived "in the neighborhood" for 22+ years, and for some reason have never taken my vehicles to this service station until recently. With the incredibly friendly and timely service we have received on our two vehicles, you can bet that will change! Thank you.

They quickly and efficiently took care of smogging my car and checking the A/C unit. They were busy, which is normal, but they got me in and out in a matter of hours. Everyone there was pleasant and gave off an old-school trusted service center vibe, which I appreciated. I highly recommend them.

I came in on a busy day and was attended to within minutes. Almost no wait at all. They found the leak, pulled the wheel and did the repair. I was back on the road in no time and for a very reasonable price. Very courteous, friendly and helpful. I will return.

They fixed what was wrong with my car plus showed me what needed to be fixed. There was absolutely no pressure from them to get it fixed. I read some of the reviews and headed right to B & J Smog Certification station. Brian greeted me with a smile, and it only took a few minutes for my new used '03 Chrysler Town & Country to pass the smog check. The price was lower than what I've paid elsewhere in Chula Vista in the past. They also offer DMV services in the same building. Luis took care of the paperwork, transferring the title into my name and I got new plates, registration stickers and was told I should (need to) return the "Disabled Plates" to the seller (will do). I highly recommend B & J Auto Repair Smog & Sales in Chula Vista! Thanks! Take care, Tracy Swain.

Tommy was a pleasure to work with. He was friendly and open with us and proved that this shop has your best interest at heart when it comes to repairs and steered my grandmother in the right direction for her aging vehicle.
