We just did our transition to the Emery at Terra nova. So far it’s been a great experience. I was moving out of state and Norma was such a big help. She made sure we were taken care of and everything was ready for us. Before the move, she even FaceTime me to show me the apartment and the property. No other worker would do that. She took time out of her personal time to answer all my questions even after hours. She is amazing and made my transition easy. As for The apartment, it needs just very minor touchups. I reported it to Norma the day I arrived with no hesitation she said they will send someone to fix it right away so we can be comfortable where we live. Great customer service from Norma. As for the neighbors, the day I arrived, everyone has been so friendly. Everyone greets you and great atmosphere around. As of now, we are happy, and we are comfortable. Feels like home. Thank you Norma!

Moving in was an easy and a quick process thanks to Norma. She was amazing. She answered all my questions and helped me in every step. Whenever I’ve had an issue, they’re always very quick to help me fix it overall the staff is very friendly and helpful. Parking is a bit limited but the apartments are very clean and quiet.

I lived here for four years, and it’s been a great experience—quiet, well-maintained, and well-run. Monica Flores, the manager, is incredibly helpful and always on top of things. The entire team, from Norma in the office to the maintenance crew and gardeners, does an excellent job. I’m only leaving due to work, but it’s rare to find such a well-managed apartment complex. The manager Monica is doing a phenomenal job here!

Very smooth to start the lease with the new management. Ana treated us with professionalism and respect. She was very kind and answered all our questions. There was a miscommunication problem which was resolved by the team. Jackie, the manager, was communicative and very helpful to solve my issue. It feels like the apartment complex and the overall environment will be improved and cared by the new management. Great place to live.
