I wanted to take a moment to recognize an outstanding employee, Eddie. Even while he was assisting another customer, he took the time to greet me and let me know he’d be right with me. That simple gesture speaks volumes about his attentiveness and professionalism. When it was my turn, he was incredibly kind, patient, and knowledgeable, traits that are becoming increasingly rare in customer service. If management reads these reviews, I hope they recognize Eddie’s dedication to his craft. He’s the kind of employee that leaves a lasting impression and makes you want to come back.

We switched to this hotel after renting a room at a nearby hotel in a less desirable area. The staff at the Chula Vista La Quinta were accomadating, understanding and friendly. The gave us a newly remodelled room which was exceptional. It was clean nicely decorated and quiet. We were very pleased with our choice and stay. Denny's was nearby but we also enjoyed the complementary breakfast in the lobby as well. Overall I would highly recommend this hotel when visiting San Diego.

Claudia at the front desk worked with us on a late check out. This was helpful with the kids and a member with special needs. Great customer service. Highly recommend and we will be back.

First time staying at Holiday Inn since the Late/Early 2000's. Holiday Inn has definitely turned itself around from the complimentary breakfast, to how clean the rooms are. Amenities in the room have definitely come a long way with the microwave, fridge and bedding. The pillows and bedding are high quality and very cool for hot nights. Joe and Tiffany along with the morning staff are amazing I highly recommend everyone come check out The Holiday Inn off E st in Chula Vista CA.

We had a wonderful stay at the Holiday Inn Express in San Diego. The hotel is well-maintained, with clean and comfortable rooms, a tidy breakfast area, and excellent pool and spa facilities. The staff was welcoming and courteous, making our stay even more enjoyable.

Pros: Queen suite with double bed and sofa bed was perfect for our little family. Price was decent, parking and breakfast included, it was one of the better hotel breakfasts we've had (we've had many). Service was great, rooms were stocked and comfy.

I've stayed here several times when using the Cross Border Xpress to access the Tijuana airport, as this is the most conveniently located hotel nearby. Every time the room has been immaculate, the staff friendly and the complimentary breakfast more than adequate. Ask if you can stay on the side away from the freeway noise. This most recent stay i forgot my iPhone charger in the room after checking out and called the front desk a few hours later to ask if they could recover it and hold it for me. Four days later after returning from Mexico, I called and they had it ready to be picked up. Great service and I'll stay there again next time.

Hi, this Best Western in Chula Vista is so convenient. Every thing is close by, a gas station shares the entrance which makes it convenient to gas up. There are several Taco shops close by. Downtown Chula Vista less than a mile away. The neighborhood is nice .

I been taking my 9yr old hete since he was 4yrs old.great staff & dentist..they take teens as well!. They even u water bottles. It's a nice kid atmosphere for sure..they can play games as they wait.
