Patient First Primary and Urgent Care - Alexandria

I’m so grateful for this opportunity to do this survey. The staff at this particular Patient First Location was phenomenal! From the moment I arrived with a warm hello, till the moment I exited with a sweet goodbye, everyone was very welcoming, helpful, and attentive to my every needs. Major kudos for this branch! Very happy with my entire visit and I will be telling everyone of my experience.

Best urgent care I have been to in my life. I have been here several times now and it’s always a great experience. The staff and systems truly put the patient first, a rare follow through in today’s world to see the company philosophy manifest in the entire experience. The staff today truly went above and beyond to make life easier on me. They are wonderful.

This was the best patient first I ever went to. It was clean, check in was easy and they gathered my information. The wait wasn’t long, I was treated with care and respect. I really liked my doctor. He was concerned, kind and very thorough with explaining my care plan and asked if I had any questions. I highly recommend this location.
