Patient First Primary and Urgent Care Taylor Road

This is by far the best urgent care type facility I’ve been to! The staff is incredible! I couldn’t believe I was in and out in less than 30 minutes even though they had a ton of patients! Each and every staff member was so caring and greeted me with a smile! I’m so thankful for them all!

I always receive excellent care from Patient First. Wait times are invariably minimal. The staff is warm and friendly. The doctors and medical care personnel are friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable. I appreciate the "one stop" convenience of receiving prescriptions before leaving. That saves me time and energy.

The doctor I saw was awesome. Very compassionate & competent. She listened to my concerns & asked if I had questions. She was efficient without rushing me. The front desk person (female) was friendly and helpful, as was Josh, who took my vitals. I especially like the option of waiting in my car instead of in the crowded waiting room and I hope this practice continues. I had the option to go to Now Care, but chose Patient First based on my previous positive experiences there.
