Everything they’ve said about carmax not being a dealership is true in the best way possible. Yes you buy vehicles here (great ones at that) but there is no haggling and that awful back and forth nonsense that has become synonymous with dealers. I knew the truck I wanted, unfortunately it wasn’t available at my local carmax but they offered to get said truck shipped here for me. The truck arrived quickly and looked exactly as advertised. I couldn’t be happier with my purchase and not once did I feel taken advantage of like at other dealers in the past. I cannot recommend carmax enough. The associate that helped me was Daniel Vasquez and he was extremely professional and courteous with excellent communication throughout the entire process.

Great experience selling my car! They gave me a quote before arriving and I set an appointment with them. Once there, the process was fast and easy. I checked in, they took my car for an assessment, gave me an official offer (which was the same as what they quoted online), prepped the paperwork and gave me my check all in under an hour. They were friendly, fast and professional. Would definitely sell with them again and highly recommend them.

Awesome experience at carmax. I wanted to trade in my car so I got an appraisal online for a really good price on an old car. Then I went in to the store, they checked my car immediately and validated my offer. To get the actual offer it took only about 25/30 minutes. I would recommend doing an online offer first, because if you get in store first they mentioned it could take up to 2.5 hours to see someone.
