CarMax

From day one when I met with the service advisor who inspected my vehicle and provided me with a written quote of which I was very happy with. She told me I wanted to sell my car I could return within 7 days and take in their written quote and they would issue a check. Which was exactly what they did. I was extremely happy with their customer service. Everyone there was so nice and friendly, you could tell they liked their job’s. Excellent service. Will return again. Kudos to the owners of Car Max.

I have to give CarMax 5 stars! I traded in my old car and bought a new car a little over 1 month ago. The trade-in appraisal was higher than Carvana and the KBB estimate, the new cars price was fantastic, the process was fast and easy, and the service center took care of a cosmetic issue I didn't notice until after my purchase for free! Edward was a fantastic salesman and Erin took care of me in the service center! They were both great to work with!

Going into CarMax was totally different than going into a dealership. The atmosphere was amazing, everyone was friendly and smiling which made me very comfortable. Very strong team leaders very knowledgeable and helping each other out .I would definitely refer family and friends to CarMax anytime!! Eileen thank you for patience and making this possible.
