BOULDIN CREEK CAFE REVIEWS
Reuben sandwich at Bouldin Creek Cafe was really yummy as was the salad I had! So nice to find a place with nourishing food in Austin. The blueberry cornbread was also indeed worth it and delicious. The staff are nice and helped my friend who got the jackfruit curry which was too spicy for her. It was busy but we were able to get seated pretty soon. Overall I would recommend it and I’m really happy this place exists. I appreciate the gluten free options as well.
Great place with a fun vibe and amazing menu. Service was a bit slow but the food was super super tasty. The dip was delicious, Austin fry was really good and the Tarzan salad was yummy. The portion size was great too. Definitely recommend to vegans/ vegetarians.
Visiting from out of town, this restaurant quickly became our favorite spot! The food was delicious and reasonably priced. We were seated promptly, and our meals arrived without much of a wait. The restaurant, including the outdoor seating area, was clean. We loved it so much that we returned the next day for lunch again. The Reuben and Pad Thai were bursting with flavor, and even the gluten-free bread options for the veggie sandwich and burger were impressive. Highly recommend.

THE BEER PLANT REVIEWS
Tried the cauliflower wings and Harissa Beets hummus which were both top-notch! Good value for the price too and our server, Christopher was very friendly and kind enough to explain any allergies and what exactly the dish was made. Can’t wait to come back again and try the mains! My only advice would be to slightly improve the decor of the place. The seats are a bit uncomfortable and the lighting is a bit dull but that’s a personal preference anyway.
This is a cozy spot tucked away in west central Austin. Great vegan food, if you like vegan food. I thought the cauliflower wings were yummy but wasn’t personally a fan of the mushroom based burger. Interesting flavor profile for sure however. In addition to the food, the restaurant service and ambiance was nice.
This restaurant is wonderful. I consider it to be a “vegan steakhouse”… it’s perfect for a romantic date night. The vegan flavors are delicious and consistent - we’ve been here three times now and will definitely be back. I recommend the cauliflower wings and the hot and crispy sandwich… yum.

THE VEGAN YACHT REVIEWS
10/10 reccomend! Even while busy, they answered every question I had with delight. The food portions to price are definitely there. Very affordable! The service was better than great, and the atmosphere was cozy and chill. They have a grocery style section on each side with lots of great vegan packaged foods that you won't find many places. They have soy free and gluten-free options. Oh! And Indian food options.
First timer to The Vegan Yacht. Loved the Freeto Burrito. I can definitely see why The Chronicle named it best vegan burrito in Austin. The chips & chili con queso were also super tasty. It’s a bit of a vegan grocery store, too, with a frozen foods section, individual canned and bottled drinks, plus a wall of snacks and chocolates—all vegan. Will be back again next time I’m in town.
My wife and I have been on a search for healthier food choices and we gave this place a try, so happy we did! This is my second time here to eat the Smokehouse Burrito. The smoked tempeh, slaw, mac in cheese, pickles and the crunch of the grilled tortilla has me wanting more. Such a great combination of flavors, this is a must try. Just tried the Freeto Burrito Suppreemo, so good but still like the Smokehouse Burrito better It also has a chill vibe, friendly staff and a great selection of groceries to take home. I’ll be coming back time and time again, cheers.
