Seed Shack

Amazing all around! Chill spot to grab a quick lunch or dinner in Gilbert. Food came out surprisingly quick. Seed Shack offers some bunch items all day long, like tofu scramble, sweet potato bowl, and Beyond muffins. The staff was really patient and helpful although we can tell she was busy multitasking. I ordered the tofu tacos and the beet burger with sweet potato fries, both were flavorful, tasty, eye pleasing, with contrasting texture. We also enjoyed the atmosphere decorated with live plants and sage scent. The location is somewhat hidden relatively difficult to find, but you won't be disappointed once you give them a try.

Lovely little gem in a hidden back-facing plaza. The portion of food are relatively affordable for being 100% vegan. Colorful presentation of the Cauliflower Chickpea Tacos, the Chili Cheeze Fries are flavorful. There are some merchandise like sage, Palo Santo wood, crystal jewelry, bath bomb..... For take out, they have a self ordering kiosk for a quick in and out. I would definitely come back for dine in to try some other items on the menu later.

This place is great. We ordered the truffle mac n cheese, spring rolls, beet burger, bbq jackfruit burger, and the fried pineapple rolls. All very delicious! Fresh, clean , and amazing service. We will be back to try more of the menu.
