This is a great Vietnamese restaurant in Gilbert. If you are on this side of town and craving some good Asian food you won’t be disappointed. The food tastes great and the friendly staff and extremely clean restaurant top it off to make it better than most of the places we have eaten at in Phoenix.

Awesome! Since moving out here from the west coast I have been missing my pho. Now finally this place made me feel like I was back on the west coast! Will definitely be coming back here. Hot or cold, no matter the temperature outside.

Always friendly and ran by a wonderful family. Food excellent and you'll almost always have left overs for later. Egg rolls always fresh and perfectly crisp, and the P4 pho (pictured) is absolutely a must try with added in oxtail

Authentic Vietnamese food was AMAZING! I had always been skeptical about Pho...but having it today for the first time was the best . I would definitely come back for more soon. We enjoyed my meal and the music in the restaurant was comforting. The best way I could describe it while eating Pho was I felt the soul of the ancient Vietnamese people, they thought the meal out and prepared it with love and perfection.

I have had a lot of different Vietnamese food but this place is really good. I definitely recommend trying the combo pho and the Thai tea boba is really good.

I love this place. You know it’s legit when you have the kids working. We had the cutest little boy being us our waters. Everything was delicious.

Delicious and wonderful service. We ordered spring rolls, summer rolls, crab puffs, Thai Basil Chicken with the perfect amount of spice.The Mongolian Beef was reminiscent of a favorite restaurant with crispy noodles just right. We will definitely be back the next time we're in town. Leftovers will be delicious as breakfast tomorrow, and ww brought home Wonton soup for lunch tomorrow. Wow.

Fantastic Asian fusion! The staff was very kind and attentive. The chow mein was made with yaki soba noodles and soaked up the sauce perfectly! The beef pho broth was good too! A lot of gluten free options, just ask!

Simi’s is fantastic! The service is great and the food is delicious! It is obviously run by a family who loves what they do. The lunch specials are an unbeatable value! Highly recommend.
