Best ribs/pulled pork I've ever had. That said, I've had this place twice and both times I waited an hour and a half to eat. Over an hour in line and then another 15 minutes after I placed my order. They've GOT to come up with a more efficient system. The long wait is enough for me to never go back. But if you don't mind standing outside in 112 degrees with no breeze, then you'll love the food!.

Ordered the pulled pork sandwich with coleslaw, side of mac and cheese, and I tried a side of sweet potatoes with pecans. Also tried the banana pudding and peach cobbler. It was all great, I love this food truck.

I got the ribs, hot links, Mac & greens. Everything was a 10/10. I’m from the Midwest and this place is exactly what I was looking for.

MODERN TORTILLA REVIEWS

We had the Mac n Cheese truck from Modern Tortilla at our graduation party and it was a HIT! Everyone loved it! Large portions, great selection of toppings for the mac and cheese and large pieces of chicken to top it off. We had requested gluten free pasta for a few of our guests which were ecstatic at that option. The food came out quickly for our guests and the chefs running the truck were great - on time, efficient and friendly. We would definitely recommend and would do it again.

We loved having Modern Tortilla for our recent employee event. The team arrived on time, were very friendly and helpful, and were prepared for any dietary restrictions. The food was out of the park DELICIOUS (I can't stop thinking about that Guacamole!), I will be looking for them at any food truck events in the valley for sure!!!.

Modern Tortilla provided a food truck for a resident for an event at our community. The food was amazing and the service was so friendly! Many residents came by our office to comment about both! Thanks for the great event, we will be seeing you again soon!.

This place is a game-changer. The corndogs are simply awesome - who would have thought a fresh battered and cooked corndog drizzled in honey would be good delicious. Mark, in Cape Cod, is a treasure. My family and I enjoyed our time visiting with him and along with enjoying the corndogs, the honey drizzled and the Korean-style, wait - can't forget the deep-fried cheese ball - were all so good. We look forward to seeing this food truck wherever we might go next to vacation. And for Mark, we'll see you again soon, brother!.

We have never had their corn dogs, but the driver let us turn right in front of him when the road was all backed up. Thanks corndog man!!!.
