PHO SAIGON REVIEWS

We tried Pho Saigon on a whim because it was close to where we had an appointment that afternoon. We love Vietnamese food so we tried it. It was a good choice. The fried egg rolls were very good. The chicken curry was nice and spicy and hot. It would have been a great way to warm up on a cold day. The frozen Thai tea was an interesting twist.

I came and the bánh mi thit nuong and pho Ga was delicious. I highly recommend the banhi mi was buttery, the pork was delicious with the sauce on the side. The flavors complemented each other perfectly the do cha. Absolutely delicious.

The food was amazing. We ordered 2 appetizers, 2 entrees to go, and 2 entrees to eat there. With a 20% tip, we spent about $90. The staff was super nice and helpful. The restaurant was clean.

WHAT THE PHO REVIEWS

I stopped by What The Pho on a whim, and it turned out to be a great choice. I ordered the Hue Beef Noodle Soup (Bún bò Hu?) and the Vietnamese Pancake (Bánh xèo), and both dishes were genuinely delicious. The bún bò Hu? had a deep, flavorful broth with just the right amount of heat, and the noodles and beef were cooked perfectly. The bánh xèo was crispy, fresh, and full of great texture. My server, Khánh, was friendly and attentive, which made the whole experience even better. The food came out quickly, and the restaurant has a welcoming vibe that makes you feel comfortable right away. They also have a nice selection of specials, and based on what I tried, I’d definitely come back to explore more of the menu. For a spontaneous stop, this place really delivered.

Pho was spot on. Asked for spicy. The calamari was probably the most tender I've ever had, hot and fresh.

Best pho, and I'm fairly certain the only banh I'm in town. This place is absolutely wonderful.

First time pho eater and it was delicious!I had the shrimp pho,add sirarcha, soy sauce, all the toppings and chili oil and a whole bunch of hosion sauce. So flavorful and the shrimp so tender. The peanut sauce for the roll was too good. Had th Thai tea, I wish it was sweeter but it was sweet. Will definitely be back. Affordable and like a little hole in the wall place.

One of the best bahn mi I’ve ever had! Fresh warm crispy bread rich pâté and pork with a sweet sauce and with bright pickled carrots jalapeños. Truly outstanding I will dream of that sandwich. I had a fresh spring roll with a fantastic peanut sauce not too sweet and a perfect complement to the roll. The pho is also great. Bright flavorful broth with generous portions of meat.

Love this place! Food is always tasty, fresh, and hot! Everyone there is very welcoming. I love #27, their bahn mi (tofu or beef), and their vermicelli bowls with fish sauce.
