Brooke and her team are truly amazing. She checked in with me many times during the planning season. She gave recommendations for vendors and made sure I completed tasks along the way. I really liked her planning software and checklists! She came with me to the venue for a walk through before the big day and we had phone calls to go over details. She created a timeline for the day and did a lot of communication with vendors once the day got closer! On wedding day, Brooke wowed me. She had every detail set up perfectly, I got to sit back and relax. Everything was thought out, she even sealed the marriage license and kept it safe for us! I was always confident Brooke would do an outstanding job- but she actually blew me away.

I always knew that I would want to work with a wedding coordinator and Make My Day Planning went above and beyond what I imagined. Tatum was quick to respond to my initial inquiry and then we had the privilege of working with Sarah. I started working closely with Sarah about 6-8 weeks prior to the wedding day and I would have been so overwhelmed without her. She did a great job coordinating with all of our vendors, reminding us about small details that we overlooked, and just generally helping us pull off a great day. She was so kind, responsive, prepared, and every other good thing you’d want in a coordinator. During the reception I spilled chocolate ice cream on my dress and my very first thought was “Where’s Sarah?” because I knew she would be able to take care of it, and she did so great that when my mom took the dress to the dry cleaners they couldn’t find the stain. Overall, could not recommend Make My Day and Sarah more. If you are considering a planner or coordinator, you should definitely reach out to them.

Hiring Tatum and Make My Day was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding! We cannot imagine our day, or the entire process, without her! She was quick to respond with great advice and suggestions while still making our opinion count. There were a lot of moments during the process where we would hear from vendors "well that's not how we usually do it..", but Tatum always made the effort to have our own vision come to life! The day of was so smooth because she was on top of everything. She was even the go-to person at our ceremony at a Chapel where they had their own staff. I would refer her to everyone I know because she goes above and beyond for all of her clients! Everyone needs a Tatum on their wedding day!
