POLISH-THE NAIL BAR REVIEWS

I have been a going to Polish-The Nail Bar in Town Center, Jacksonville for over three years and I always ask for Yen. She is exceptional at her craft. I have sensitive skin around my nails, and Yen is very gentle when using the pusher and drill, which I greatly appreciate. I typically visit every three to four weeks and occasionally request simple designs. I often send her a picture of my desired design in advance, and she always exceeds my expectations by creating beautiful hand-drawn designs that turn out perfectly. I receive numerous compliments on my nails, with many people inquiring if they are stickers. I will definitely recommend her to others. Because of her great work, she has so many clients and her schedule has been so busy lately. Thank you Yen for remarkable work. I'm sharing a few pictures she hand-drawn for me.

I was a walk-in to get my nails done. I hadn't had my nails done in over a year but I knew what I wanted. I was assigned to Yen. She had her nails done and I asked if we could do an extra design on my index finger like one of hers. She was very nice and she was happy to do it. It took her about an hour to do the full set with design and was completely pain free. At no point was there even a pinch. Little did Yen or I know, I was getting engaged! When I go back I am booking Yen from now on.

Michael is the best!!! He is very professional and his work is beautiful. I recommend him and this shop to all my friends.

Jimmy is hands down the best nail technician I have ever had! He is always honest about what I should do with nail care! Over 15 years I’ve been getting my nails done and I am staying with him forever! I literally did long distance with my BF and waited specifically to get my nails done here for Jimmy!! 100000/10 would recommend.

I have been taking my Granddaughter to Gloss for about 2 months. She gets acrylic nails and a pedicure every other time. Jason does her nails and he is the BEST!!! I have included pics of his work. Kenny does her pedicures and he is Great!! I have not had one issue her. The entire staff is helpful and very friendly.

I had a wonderful experience at Gloss! Tiffany was amazing—she was friendly, professional, and made sure my nails looked perfect. The atmosphere was relaxing, and the staff was attentive. Highly recommend it if you're looking for top-notch service and a great manicure.

I had just a wonderful experience I don't get to go out and get my nails done very often. Me and my dad decided to try this place for the first time. Everyone was so nice and my nail tech Sheila was just amazing! She talked to me and helped me figure out what was best for my nails. Just an amazing experience all around. My dad left happy as well.

I will be honest and say I am a very picky. Customer and Racquel definitely came in and did her thing on my set. Very personable and listens to exactly what you want. Highly recommend.

Great experience. I didn't have a long wait. The tech was patient with me but encouraged me to get out of my comfort zone for the holidays. Great experience and personal attention.
