This place is OUTSTANDING!!! It is our 43rd Anniversary doing something on my bucket list. 63 yrs. Young and have NEVER rode a go- kart. They we're amazing!! Had my foot through the floor board. Lol. The Staff, Brandina and Darcey we're PHENOMENAL!! I can't say enough about these 2 girls, they made my day so special!! They need raises!! WINDY!!! They introduced us to the General Manager, Windy who was very nice. The staff was exceptional. Very kind, polite, and exceptionally helpful. At 63 I could literally NOT get out of the go kart. 2 exceptionally nice helpful guys grabbed me under my arms an literally picked me up out the go-kart!!! We played putt-putt golf. Was a blast. The place was clean and organized which is a bit shocking, with all the kids there!!! I would HIGHLY recommend this place!!! I can't say that enough!! TRULY HAD A BLAST WILL BE BACK AND SO VERY HELPFUL. MADE THIS 63 YR. OLD HAPPY AS A BUG IN A RUG!.

So fun! I’ve been coming to this place ever since we moved to Jax. I’m so happy it didn’t close down! Everything from the waterpark to the laser tag is awesome! We went yesterday for laser tag as it’s only 10 bucks a person and had a blast! They really do put a lot of work into this place even though it may be a little outdated but I think that adds to the nostalgia. Also season passes for the waterpark are worth it! 10/10 recommend you go here if you are looking to have fun.

Great place to visit while in Jacksonville!!! Slides aren't up to par with say White Water in Atlanta or Wet and Wild in Orlando but you can't beat the location or the price. Definitely a must if you're down here with the youngins.

BRAVOZ ENTERTAINMENT CENTER REVIEWS

The party was great. Maddy our party host went above and beyond to assist. I decided to upgrade my party after all guest had already dispersed, she attentively and without hesitation ensured all party guests received the correct armband without any issues. The manager, sorry I didn't get her name was phenomenal to ensure and explain the upgrade and provided prompt assistance. Others who also helped with checking us in were great. All staff were very professional and courteous and our party experiences were awesome.

Very organized and easy party set up and clean up. Had a personal staff member (Briana) with us the entire time and watching the kids and taking them from station to station while the adults were able to mingle and talk. She was absolutely wonderful. All staff were very helpful… I found it to be a good use of funds for my 4yr old’s birthday party! Will definitely be back.

Took my kids here on Saturday, they really enjoyed it. We got greeted at the door by a kind young gentleman who helped us check in. The workers at the trampolines were always making sure the kids were safe. Besides the busy crowd it was a great time.

We had a fantastic experience at the jump park! The customer service was outstanding — from the moment we walked in, everything was seamless and well-organized. Checking in was quick and easy, and the staff went above and beyond to make sure our students were welcomed and taken care of. Everyone served us with a smile, and it truly made the visit even more enjoyable. Highly recommend for group outings!

It was our first time here. We came to celebrate my daughter’s birthday. There is a lot to do. They really had a lot of fun. Customer service was great! Andrea was very nice and patient with our party of seven. We’ll definitely be returning!

I took my niece. It was my first time, but my niece had been there several times. It was very busy, but the staff was very friendly and helpful. My niece and I had a blast. My only complaint was with the go karts. There were some people that were going twice before we were able to go once. That was the longest wait. About 20 minutes. Even then, the young men that were running the area were very friendly and helped me get out of the go- kart.
