Premier Physicians Weight Loss and Wellness

This is my second time with Premier and although I had great success the first time, I fell back into old habits when the pandemic hit and gained most of my weight back. When the world calmed down a bit, I knew it was time to re-prioritize myself and my health so I came back. They talk to me and not at me here. They are honest but don't make me feel insecure or guilty when I hit plateaus. They discuss options and give suggestions to try to keep me on track. Everyone from the front office to the back office is kind and supportive which I truly appreciate.

I always feel comfortable discussing my health with Sara and she helps me see my strengths and helps me to be motivated to do even better when I leave. Highly recommend!
