Acadian Windows

We recently purchased 16 windows from Acadian Windows and Doors. This was an expensive but exceptional experience. We give Acadian a 5 on a scale of 1 to 5. The product and the staff of the company are exemplary. Customer service (not money) is at the forefront of what Acadian expects and gives. If you are unhappy with the product or your experience with installation inform them. They are open minded and will work with you to make you happy. We would gladly use Acadian again and they would be our only call.

My husband and I Edwin, went with Acadian Windows for all 12 windows to be replaced in our home, also a very interesting project to convert an existing window to a door. Acadian handled this project very well, and it was a difficult bay window that got converted to a door. The installers were very professional, and communication was spot on, with the whole Acadian team from the office employees, installers, and the supervisor Ross guided us through the whole process. From start to finish, it has been a pleasure to work with Acadian. The salesperson and the installation crew was punctual, professional, and personable. Ross, the supervisor who came out with the crew, made sure everything was installed perfectly and the area and was pristine. He also made sure to explain how to use the products. Highly recommend this place and the people.
