Every step of the way with Metropolitan Window Company has been very professional and easy. It all started with discussions with our salesman Jeff, who was knowledgeable, friendly, low-pressure, and would respond to our questions immediately and even after hours. Next, it was our scheduler Matt, who was also very responsive in answering questions and flexible in scheduling our installation. And then it was our installers who we could tell were quite skillful in their trade, very efficient, and also cleaned up at the end of each day. And finally, we received several calls from the owner, Maggie, to check in on the different phases and see how everything was progressing and if we needed anything. From start to finish, it was a very easy and seamless process, and the windows look great.

I recently had 13 windows replaced. Customer service oriented company. From the start, Matt the team sales specialist was able to explain the difference in windows (after comparing 5 others). Installation team explained the process and did a wonderful job installing them. Follow up team very helpful in tweaking a few items. I would highly recommend Metropolitan Window and will use them in the future, nah highly doubt it as these windows are made for life or at least my life. Great job Metropolitan Window Co!
