Universal Windows Direct of Pittsburgh

We attended the Pittsburgh Home Show in 2024 where we met with Amy at Universal Windows. We discussed our desire to get a new front door and Amy helped us with looking at some doors options. We subsequently made an appointment and met with Amy who showed us the products and also inserted the desired door into a picture of our house. We didn't make a decision that night but in the next few days, we met via phone with Mark to discuss alternatives and pricing. We subsequently came to an agreement on the door and pricing. Amy and Mark made us feel like we were in a partnership discussing door options and pricing. There professionalism solidified the deal. Keep up the super customer first attitude!!!

Paul was awesome. He was the field tech that came to my son's house today to get the exact measurements for his new windows. I asked several questions and he answered each one with certainty. He was very knowledgeable and professional. If you are going to get your windows from universal windows ask for Paul. You will be happy you did.

Terry Queen was our representative. He came from clear up by Pittsburgh to us down in Connellsville. Terry is very personable and amazingly knowledgeable on the product. No pressure sale, great product, and amazing warranty.
