I normally never leave reviews, but the customer service that I received from both Matt and Mary Anne was exceptional from start to finish and this is very unusual from a small company now a days. From the start I was contacted when I was told I would be; I was updated every week from the time I ordered until the time my blinds weere installed; and they showed up on time exactly when they said they would. If you are looking to purchase any type of blinds, I would highly recoommend you contact Discount Blinds and you will surely be pleased.

Matt came out to measure our windows and we received a quote via email the next day. After placing our order, Mary Anne contacted me weekly to provide status updates.
