I have Texton floor to ceiling shades in my condominium. They are about 15 years old and still as nice as the day they were installed. Two of the chain pulleys recently needed repair. I was fortunate enough to speak with the Director of Customer Service; she evaluated the repair with a few pictures via email, and within two days the service team was out and completed the repair. Quality service is hard to find these days, but it remains at Texton. I recommend them without hesitation.

Had an outdoor shade installed by them about 6 months ago..hada minor issue with the shade. They came out and fixed the issue , no charge. Technicians were fast and professional. We loves the outdoor sun shade.

I have been doing business with Texton for almost 50 years and have never dealt with a better company Outstanding customer service.
