Sun Yoga Hawaii

I LOVE Sun Yoga Hawaii! I have been Attending classes regularly for 2 months now and really feel the benefits of the infrared hot yoga. The owner Michele has an extremely kind heart and makes me feel so welcomed at the studio and is also so encouraging. I love taking her classes along with the other yoga instructors like Junko and Clyde. I leave every class feeling renewed and refreshed. The signature yoga sequence paired with the heat feels like I am wringing toxins out of my body from the inside out. The classes are well worth the investment for your body, mind, and spirit. I highly recommend this studio!.

Went with my Dad while on vacation this week. Amazing vibe. Instructors were amazing. Really laid back but also very knowledgable and knew their stuff. Highly recommend. Thank you everyone so very much. Will be back soon!!!.

Everyone was so nice, such a great spot, the class was very engaging, hard yet manageable. I hope to be back before I leave!.
