I had a great experience with Ku Aloha. I was on the clinic for almost 5 years. I even stopped smoking cigarettes when I was on the clinic.We had to attend group sessions and one on one counseling sessions.i decided to attend their tobacco cessation program. They gave me patches and gum to help with the cravings and honestly I wouldn't have been able to stop without them. Patches and gum are expensive at Longs . They really helped my Well Being in every aspect. With the individual counseling and the group sessions , I was really able to feel good about myself again. Thank you to all the counselors and doctors and nurses and staff that helped me there.

I transferred from a huge clinic on the mainland and was only at the clinic for about 6 weeks before abruptly having to leave. I didn't even have time to call and tell them. I came back about a year is her and was afraid they would have a grudge because I left without a word but they didn't they made me feel very welcome. . I am very thankful for them and all their patience as I can be kinda ditsy sometimes. I am again moving but am very thankful that they allowed me to come to their clinic versus champ.
