CONCENTRA URGENT CARE HONOLULU REVIEWS

The front staff were kind and attentive. They were punctual and efficient. Not much of a wait time at all. The Doctor I had was thorough and treated me like family. I felt like I wasn't a number or just another person to get in and out. He explained his findings and gave me detailed instructions in which I thought that most Doctors would ignore. I was pleasantly surprised at the level of care and professionalism despite the fleeting level of care today in the medical industry. Great Job Team.

I recently had the opportunity to interact with the Concentra team, and I was thoroughly impressed. The service was exceptionally fast, and every team member I encountered was friendly and helpful. The entire experience was positive, and I felt well-cared for. I would absolutely recommend Concentra to anyone seeking efficient and courteous service.

Considering there were approx 20 patients waiting before Concentra even opened, the personnel greeted everyone warmly and handled the crush with efficiency and grace.

Everytime i felt something, like I am sick. I always go to this urgent care. I really love Dr. Kwon, she's nice and a very good doctor. She give me always the right medicine and I am easily healed. The nurse who assisted me yesterday was also very nice and today, it is Ash who help me, we talked a little while while she got my BP and temperature. The Dr. explained to me very well about my condition and I am so glad to be in this urgent care. Thank you Niu Urgent Care, thank you Dr. Kwon. You're the best.

Dr. Kwon and Lele were simply the best ! Lele made you feel comfortable upon check in, helpful and very polite. Dr. Kwon was able to help me with a diagnosis that I’ve been trying to figure out with my pcp for 6 months now. I’m so happy I went to them. I appreciate that she even scheduled a follow up, to ensure I heal properly.

I am from Australia and needed a consult and walked into this facility and was pretty impressed with the service I received. I have no idea how the healthcare works in US. Lele at the reception was lovely and helped me with the registration and explained all the procedures patiently. Dr. Kwon was very thorough, understood my situation and provided assistance. I highly recommend this place.

Kuhio Medical Clinic attended me as a walk in towards the end of the day. The doctor was even willing to wait for me to make sure i received the care i needed on my second visit. Kind and caring staff. This is the place if you're looking for urgent care in the heart of Waikiki. You will receive excellent care here. Defintely recommend.

Precessional. Saw me quickly and convenient! I was very happy with this clinic. I was on vacation and came down with strep throat. I’m happy they were as close to me as I needed a prescription. Thank you so much.

The staff at Kuhio is amazing!!! I am from out of town and went in there today with the flu and they took care of me within about 25 minutes. Highly recommend.
