As a mother, military wife, and career woman, her support has been instrumental in my personal growth and balance. Sabra has a gift for translating internal conflicts into tangible strategies for daily life and long-term goals. If you want to strengthen your relationships and show up more fully for yourself and your family, I can’t recommend this practice enough.
