JACO is motivated to help their patients recover and return to an active lifestyle so they can enjoy the benefits life has to offer. One of the best parts of the JACO business model or philosophy is that the PT stays with the patient for the entire session while other clinics focus on what can be described as an assembly line approach where the PT sees the patient for 15-20 minutes before the patient is passed off to a technician for exercises. Having the PT working directly with the patient allows us to fine tune the therapy and exercises to maximize recovery and rehabilitation. The staff get to know and welcome you when you walk in. The atmosphere is welcoming and inviting which significantly offsets the hesitancy to work with the PT in the presence of others. A first visit can be intimidating, but the staff immediately create the right atmosphere for success.

Staff are friendly, kind, and they really are conscientious about the exercises that work with the comfort level of their patients. I appreciate that I feel safe and secure in their hands and with the therapist guidance and advice.

JACO Rehab has great time offerings, many different therapists who specialize in different body parts and extremely friendly. Niki, Hiro, Ross, Danny and the front desk staff are all such great and friendly reasons to come there.

I came to OrthoSport Hawaii with sudden onset back pain and was very fortunate to work with Kevin McLain, PT, DPT. He explained every exercise in simple terms, helping me understand how each one supported my recovery. Kevin always checked in to ensure I wasn’t pushing too hard and adjusted things to keep me safe and progressing. By the end of therapy, my pain was gone, and I left with a clear plan to continue strengthening and stretching on my own. I’m truly grateful for his care and would highly recommend him.

I started at OrthoSport walking slowly and unable to climb or descend stairs without assistance. Kristi was my Physical Therapist and was able to pinpoint the correct exercises and advise on right techniques. She helped target muscle groups with the proper exercise and I felt like I really had good workouts. I am now able to walk at a good pace and climb stairs easily. My balance and strength greatly improved. Thank you Kristi and OrthoSport.

This place is great. I went in with some deep pain in my knee that I have not been able to describe well. Paige and Kelli did a few exercises with me to find the problem and then gave some recommendations to fix it. It worked. My knee used to buckle when going up a flight of stairs and after a couple of months here I was able to hike Kokohead with no pain and no knee buckling. Excellent work. Awesome atmosphere in the gym. Very friendly.

They are very knowledgeable and taught me and demonstrated how to exercise properly to maximize results and avoid further injury. I've done 2 sessions so far and have been doing the exercises they have recommended and I'm feeling some improvements to my neck & back. Highly recommended place for physical therapy.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff. I always felt better leaving than when I came. The stretches finished by massage or the heated stones did the trick. Thanks Holisticare.
