Before I found Surya yoga, my yoga practice was one dimensional and limited. I’ve grown so much in this welcoming, dynamic community and feel very comfortable in my own body and my practice. I’m surprised myself with all the new movements, and poses that I’ve learned rapidly in the past couple of years. More importantly, it’s definitely escape from my day-to-day life and helps me practice mindfulness, but becoming more in tuned with the capabilities of my body. Definitely check it out. You won’t be disappointed!!! .
