Wonderful atmosphere. I feel so rejuvenated and refreshed after the Pilates classes! Working my way up to the 26&2 yoga, but I truly enjoy the express yoga and yin yoga classes. The instructors are kind, welcoming, and explain the moves well. Definitely recommend trying these classes!.

Great experience doing hot yoga 90 minute session. They are ultra welcoming for first timers and very good yoga session with good instruction. I would recommend to anyone.

The Foundry is an amazing yoga studio! They offer a nice variety of classes, and all the instructors are so upbeat and personable, and they give great suggestions for adjusting the posture. Bonus: It's a welcoming environment for all shapes and sizes.
